This is Uday, and i am working as an Associate for Microsoft Windows XP in SUTHERLAND GLOBAL SERVICES (Formerly Sutherland Technologies Pvt. Ltd.). There is a direct recruitment for Microsoft Technical Support...You Need not be Technically sound because there will be training given to the people who are selected....

At present the sole criterion is u should have good communication (Neutral Accent) and some knowledge of the Operating System (WINDOWS XP) and only one round of interview, that too telephonic round and if you clear it...... LOL u are in MICROSOFT......... U could clarify the same in the news paper ads of Wednesday (THE HINDU). Any queries u could mail me.
