We are in urgent requirement for Networking Engineers Freshers and 1+yrs experience with the following skills sets.

Network Support Specialists / Engineers

Job Description
As an Engineer you will interface with US-based customers, provide remote Technical support to products & applications and resolve product related issues through research and trouble-shooting. You should be a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, problem solving and trouble shooting skills. Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation and commitment to customer delight are a must.

Core Skill set required:
· Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP).
· Bridging and switching concepts, LAN technologies such as Ethernet-CSMA/CD.
· STP - IEEE 802.1d/ IEEE 802.1w, IEEE 802.1s
· VLANS, Tagging - IEEE 802.1q, 802.3ad
· IP addressing and sub netting, Routing concepts, VLSM/CIDR.
· Working knowledge with routing protocols - RIP V1/V2, OSPF

Network Specialization

WAN:
Experience with WAN technologies and protocols - T1/E1, DS3, PPP, Frame Relay-RFC 1490 Knowledge of ATM -Cells, Signaling, RFC 1483, LANE, CIP, PNNI

Wireless:
Experience with wireless technologies - IEEE 802.11a/b/g/I, WEP, WPA, EAP TLS, TTLS, PEAP, TKIP, MIC, IEEE 802.1x

Network Security:
Specialization in Networking Security - IPSEC, L2TP, PPTP, GRE, PKI, Firewall management, Intrusion detection system.

Advanced Networking:
BGP v4, IS-IS, MPLS, RSVP, LDP.Working knowledge and in depth knowledge of protocol RADIUS, LDAP, DNS, DHCP.
Multicast switching and routing protocols - IGMP, DVMRP, PIM
VOIP
H.323 stack signaling, RTP, SIP architecture.

Certifications
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CWNA, CISSP, CCSA, ACSS, ACSE is a value add. This is not mandatory.

* This Job Involves supporting Global Customers, Working In NIGHT SHIFTS is mandatory.
