Analyst Programmer/Sr. Analyst Programmer:
Will be responsible for application development on Microsoft platform.

Team Leads:
Will be responsible for managing teams with 2-10 members.


Education:
B.E./B.Tech./M.C.A./M.C.S./B.C.S.

Experience:
0-3 years for Analyst programmers.
3-5 years for senior analyst programmers.
5-8 years for team leads.

Technical Skills:
Sound knowledge of MS .Net platform, .Net languages (ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#.Net, VC.Net), MS SQL Server, Knowledge of full SDLC.
