Company)

I am Thirugnanasambandam.. I am now
working at Sutherland Global Services, Chennai. Our Company is now
recruiting
Fresh / Experienced - Graduates / Diploma holders
Technical Support Executives for their Chennai branches.
(for HP Computers, Microsoft Products, Symantec Products and some more
projects)

Nature of the job: a) Voice support (to attend US customers phone
calls) in the technical troubleshooting field.
b) to work in the night shifts
[a)company hostel available for girls, (b) hostel will also be provided
for boys for around one month ? to seek their room/accommodation, (c)
Cab facility will be provided for both pick up and drop)]

Requirements:
a) Good English communication and listening skills.
b) Basic knowledge in Computer hardware/OS/ networking is enough. Extra
Training will be provided for candidates with lack of technical
knowledge along with their Process and Product related training.
c) Graduates without any computer background but with good
communication skills and willing to learn will also be considered.
