Job Description ::
Mastek is looking for young, talented individuals with a passion for technology and innovation, to join our fast-track program – "Technical Learning and Leadership Labs" (TL3). The program aims to generate Tech Designers and Tech Leads who excel in leveraging technology to design and develop software that solves complex business problems.

The incumbent will be groomed through the following stages of the program:
Technical Excellence Practice
Component Engineering
Architecting and Solution building

Responsibilities:
Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
Application benchmarking and performance tuning
Bridging application security gaps
Design and development of reusable components and frameworks
Technology proving with Proof-of-Concept prototypes
Technical solution building for new bids.
